expected to contribute to revenue generation while handling multiple engagements.
identify and pursue engagement opportunities, manage mandates, direct project teams and be familiar with every aspect of the execution process. a strong professional track record in mergers and acquisitions
at least four years experience at a recognized investment banking or private equity firm
familiar and comfortable with financial analysis, company valuation, financial modeling and M & A-related documentation
a demonstrated capability of determining project tactics
developing strategy and conducting negotiations
High level interpersonal skills and facility in verbal and written communications is required
cognizant of and conversant in local and cross-border legal, tax and accounting issues involved in cross-border transactions in China and be comfortable interacting with the full range of third party professional advisors regarding these issues.
Familiarity with relevant software programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Familiarity with conducting research and preparing reports based on-line M&A-related databases is required.
Native fluency in Putonghua and fluency in English is mandatory.
