cognizant of and conversant in local and cross-border legal, tax and accounting issues involved in cross-border transactions in China and be comfortable interacting with the full range of third party professional advisors regarding these issues.
Familiarity with relevant software programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Familiarity with conducting research and preparing reports based on-line M&A-related databases is required.
Native fluency in Putonghua and fluency in English is mandatory.
Fluency in
