·Conduct high-end financial research and analysis in the area of corporate finance, equity research, fixed income, hedge funds and private equity funds
·Develop financial models for stock selection, performance monitoring and portfolio analysis
·Test financial models for accuracy and soundness
·Perform sensitivity analysis
·Render crucial business and financial recommendations to one of Integreon’s major investment bank clients
Desired Profile:The ideal candidate must have strong financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex, error-free financial models with minimal supervision.
Success factors would be:Excellent skills in data manipulation and interpretation
·Skilled in accounting/financial analysis in the following areas -
ofundamental analysis entailing P&L A/C, oBalance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements oModeling cash flows & earnings projections
oResearching and compiling industry data
·Expertise in equity analysis and valuations across various sectors of the equity markets
·Above-average writing and verbal skills as he/she will have regular interface with the client
·Highly attentive to details, creative, eager to take initiative and a team player
Other qualifications:
o Experience working in a KPO that specializes in Equity Research, specifically financial modeling is highly preferred o Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; a CFA designation, MBA or CPA is desirable o fluent in English and Japanese
